Baker Rossow carried out the detailed design of the Yarraman Waste Transfer Facility as part of a D&C package with Newlands.

Baker Rossow were engaged for the master planning (300 lots) of the Highfield’s Wirraglen subdivision as well as the detailed design for Stage 1 (150 lots). 

Baker Rossow has been involved in Stage 1 and 2 of the Seachange Over 50’s Lifestyle Village in Toowoomba.

Baker Rossow were engaged for construction supervision of stage 1 including 40 rural residential lots. Following the construction supervision works we were further engaged for the detailed civil design of Stage 2-4 involving 160 lots.

Baker Rossow were engaged for civil design of the large scale industrial development by Kotzur to expand their silo manufacturing processes.
