Plainland Dual Occupancy Commercial Development

Baker Rossow was engaged for civil and structural engineering design of the dual tenancy commercial development by Alliance Building and Construction. The project included stormwater quantity and quality management, carparking, build earthworks, retaining walls, road upgrades and tilt panel buildings. Our involvement included progressing the project from development application through to construction supervision.
