Baker Rossow were engaged for construction supervision of stage 1 including 40 rural residential lots. Following the construction supervision works we were further engaged for the detailed civil design of Stage 2-4 involving 160 lots. The design involved mountainous topography resulting in approximately 150,000m3 through road and allotment earthworks.
