Wirraglen Residential Subdivision

Baker Rossow were engaged for the master planning (300 lots) of the Highfield’s Wirraglen subdivision as well as the detailed design for Stage 1 (150 lots). The residential land development design included stormwater management, gravity sewer, sewer pump station, road design, pavement, water reticulation, parks and bulk earthworks. This development included significant civil infrastructure including over 9km of stormwater, sewerage and water infrastructure.
