Carrington Road Trunk Sewer Upgrades

Baker Rossow provided detailed design and construction supervision for 1.8km of DN450 and DN375 DI trunk sewer gravity mains. The scope of this project included horizontal and vertical gravity sewer design, maintenance hole design, multiple aerial creek crossings with associated structural pipe supports, pipeline protection slabs and connections to the existing network. Constraints on this project included installation of the gravity sewer in deep excavations (>4.0m depth) and construction within a narrow state-controlled corridor.
